Welcome to Quality Auto Care. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Quality Auto Care provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services. All repairs are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard equipment and parts.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. While we strive to honor all scheduled times, repair durations may vary based on the complexity of the issue. Estimates provided are based on initial inspections and may change as work progresses; we will always seek your approval before performing additional, non-estimated repairs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services and vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.

4. Warranty

We stand by our work. Most repairs at Quality Auto Care are backed by a nationwide NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Specific warranty details will be provided on your service invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quality Auto Care is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repairs performed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
