These Terms of Service govern the use of our auto repair services at Quality Auto Care in Agawam, MA.

Appointments and Cancellations

We recommend scheduling appointments to ensure prompt service. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide detailed estimates for all parts and labor before beginning any work. Prices are subject to change based on additional findings during inspection. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Warranty

As a NAPA AutoCare Center, most parts and labor are covered by a 24-month/24,000-mile nationwide warranty. Warranty is transferable and honored at over 17,000 NAPA AutoCare locations across the United States.

Liability

Quality Auto Care is not responsible for damage resulting from customer neglect, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Vehicles left beyond 30 days after completion notice may incur storage fees.
